Video library plugin suggestion needed

Hi, can anyone suggest a Video library commercial plugin with these features please.
This is a training site, users aren’t charged for seeing videos, but must only see the videos that they are approved for
User login/registration/lost password
User categorisation (Can see this group of videos, not those etc)
Videos categorised to any level
Search metedata
Users can only see videos in allowed categories
Videos in multiple categories
“Viewed videos” available to user
Suggested videos list shown to user

In practice, therefore, (say) user logs in, and is given access to videos about the UK
They are shown
UK overview
London overview
History of London(Subcategory)
Tower of London(sub sub category)
Ravens of the Tower of London(sub sub sub category)

Other person can’t see UK, but can see France
All people can see “Capital cities of the world”, including London

So, I need a lot of indexing, categorisation and display features, I’m expecting to pay for this !!

Suggestions from either vendors or happy users would be most appreciated
