Thanks for the quick response and update. I’ve gone through and removed the quotes and there is no change.
Hi, can you still use the shortquote I shared above but this time carry out the following test.
Can you disable all of your other plugins, then carry out a test? If that does not work can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Seventeen?
By the way I tested the shortcode I shared above and it worked in my testing site.
Thank you

OK, so here is what I found…there is no plugin conflict. I disabled everything it still didn’t work.
However, I did find that we have a theme conflict somewhere here. When I enabled Twentyseventeen it did work, even with SSL.
Also to note, the plugin functioned fine on this site prior to us flipping on SSL as well. It was the flipping on of the SSL cert that had this issue creep up.
Okay that is great news for you. I am glad you found the conflict. I will mark this support thread as resolved since it is not the plugin causing the issue. You can publish your solution here if you want for others to know.
If you need more help or information, please create a new support thread. We are always happy to help.
Kind regards

Well this isn’t great news yet…since I don’t know what the conflict is in terms of the theme. So while the plugin is not directly causing the conflict, I’m not sure where to start with this theme. I know that one might usually start with the theme developer, however, that guy is no longer around and isn’t supporting his themes any longer.
Hi, I understand your point of view. The following documentation might help you.
However if your theme developer is no longer around, then I suggest that you start searching for a reputable theme. The above documentation will also help you with this.
If you want to diagnose javascript errors, you can check the following documentation.
All the best with the above. If you need more information let me know.
Kind regards
