Video not full width when using shortcode in a post

I have 2 site that use your plugin. The one of them is on version 2.2.2 of your plugin and the other is on version 1.9.1
When I use the shortcode in a post on the site with the most recent version of the plugin, the video is not shown full width. You can see that here: http://theshrug.com/when-she-put-two-mason-jar-lids-into-an-oiled-skillet-i-was-confused-but-the-reason-wow/
When I use it on the site with the older version it shows full width, which you can see here: http://americangg.net/a-new-type-of-axe-shows-us-an-easier-and-smarter-way-to-chop-wood/
Both sites are on the same version of wordpress and the same version of genesis. The site where the videos are not full width, used to display them full width, but stopped at some point between 1.9.1 and the current version.
