I checked your site, and I could see both videos fine, and they both played fine.
I see you swapped out the bottom video, but the top one is still there (and working):

I’ve tested in Firefox, Safari, Chrome.
So I’m just wondering if it’s a browser cache issue? Are you able to test in a different browser?
