Video not playing properly

    Video are playing with sound and no video on the desktop. Some are choppy. Some don’t start right away. Not a good experience at all. I uploaded a few videos to another host and they play perfectly.

    Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble!

    I checked your site, and the Jetpack connection is working very well at the moment. I can’t see any VideoPress content published (I might have missed them!) so I could not check the issue on my end at the moment.

    If you are still having trouble with those videos not playing as expected, we’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening. Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread and share the URLs of the videos that are faulting?
