Video not recognized by Yoast plugin

We have a number of posts with YouTube videos embedded within the content. However the Yoast plugin does not recognize the video, nor does Google Webmasters in the validation tool. This has only been a recent issue, as other posts with videos are correctly identified by Yoast and the Google validation tool.
