Hi There,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m happy to help with this.
Can you tell me, are you trying to upload .mp4 files to your WordPress install, to Bunny.net or somewhere else? It sounds like an error is happening somewhere, which can result in this error message.
Can you also tell me when this happens? Only when you try to publish the page or media hub item?
Hi thanks for your reply.
Only when I try to upload from the media hub. Problem both in direct upload and for bunny.net
Can you reach out to support @ prestomade.com? I think we’d need to take a closer look to see what’s happening. We offer support for pro users there.
I also tried only your free plugin by uninstalling the pro. But the result is same. JSON error. Actually before buying your pro plugin I am testing your free and pro plugin that’s why I collect pro plugin from my friend. He will not give me details of his account. But the result is unexpected. If you can solve the problem for your free plugin then I am ready to buy your pro plugin.
The Bunny integration, uploading, management, is a feature exclusive to our Pro version. Many times an issue like this can potentially happen when the free and pro versions are out if sync.
Ok, thank you. But I can’t get any solution from you. Will you give me the solution? If not then I will not waste my time anymore. I will go for another player.
Thanks again
Hmmmm… can you double check that your WordPress installation isn’t in debug mode?
https://visualmodo.com/enable-disable-debug-mode-wordpress/
This could cause an invalid response if debug data is being sent.
I tried but nothing changed. Can you solve this problem from my backend?

Thank you so much for this long support. My problem is solved now. I will purchase your pro plugin very soon.
