Video option missing when adding an element

    When I add a new element, there is no option for video like I see on the screen shots. How do I add a video to my page?

    Hi @mvsjes2,

    Video element is included in the Bold Builder page editor. Another way adding the video (embed code) is to use Text element and paste the code.

    Could you please confirm us have you updated Bold Builder plugin to the newest version 1.6.2? Also, please inform us if you are using one of our premium themes.

    Yes, this is a fresh install of wordpress 4.9.2 and bold builder 1.6.2. I am using a shopscape theme for ecommerce.

    I have gotten around the problem with your suggestion of using a text element.

    Hi @mvsjes2,

    Thanks for the info. Since you are using Shopscape WP theme (which previously used Rapid Composer page builder), the elements are slightly different than BB itself. Please feel free to contact us on our supporting system for detailed assistance.
