Video or audio format post

I tried to follow instructions in
http://demo.alxmedia.se/hueman/category/post-formats/
to insert some audio or video in post, but no success.
I check “Format: audio”, paste mp3 file url into “MP3 File URL” field but post remain blank.
If I paste mp3 file url into post text, a play/pause/volume bar appears but with no controls.
