    Hi,

    I have added a video to the background top banner (hosted on Vimeo) which plays while I’m logged in but when I test on incognito mode it doesn’t show, just displays the backup image.

    I also had issues with youtube videos not playing using the elementor video widget. I changed to Vimeo and it worked but I would prefer to use youtube.

    Does anyone know why these conflicts are happening? Could it be a plugin update that has caused it not to work?

    Hello,

    As checked, there are multiple errors showing in the console.

    For the testing please switch to any default theme and check if it is working or facing the same issue.

    In addition, Take a full backup of the site, go to Dashboard > Elementor > Settings, from the Experiments tab, use the deactivate all the experiments option, and now check if it is working well or getting the same issue.
