Please note: you have to use the video ID not the whole video URL.
If that doesn’t work please send us the url of your website and we will check it online.

You will need to use this ID “5JD0PWrFo4Q” do not input the whole URL.

Just input this “nPuEU16P3zg”.
Please note: when adding a new video it says “Video ID” not video URL, that’s why you’re not being able to play videos.
