Video plays back tiny

    I’ve set up a Portfolio Project to display several images that, when clicked, link to locally hosted MP4s. The Click Action is set to Popup, which works, but instead of a full-size or full-screen representation of the video, it displays in a 72×72 overlay with the video and there doesn’t seem to be a way to change how it appears.

    Visual Portfolio’s Popup & Lightbox settings are currently Vendor Script: Fancybox and Lightbox for WordPress Images is disabled. Enabling Lightbox has no effect and changing the script to PhotoSwipe results in the video playing as I would expect, however a second (different) video seems to be playing behind it, but only the audio.

    I’m using WordPress 6.8, hosted by BlueHost.
