    If I place a video that was made on my phone into Lifter LMS the video is so physically large that it takes up 2 screens. But if I place a video that has been made from a power point in the exact same way, it is fully visible on my screen and is a normal size. How do I get a phone video to fit onto one screen so my students can see the entire video?

    Can you show us a video recording of this and also explain how you’re inserting these videos?

    You can upload the video to Dropbox and share the link to the Dropbox video here.

    This will help us to understand the process and try to pinpoint the issue together.

    In Lifter LMS under Course Builder, I add a video box. Then I put a link to my video from Vimeo. If the video was made on my phone it is so huge that it will not fit on my lap top monitor. It’s about the size of 2 monitors which makes it rather impossible to watch.

    My web site is http://www.buildingblocks.us. I can give you access to the site but I would need you to sign up first to create a password. Just go to “Join Now” select the $50 membership, fill in the form but select “Manually” under the payment option. I will go into the site and mark you as paid then you can access classes. On the Exterior door class called “materials” there’s a vimeo video that was created from power point. This one mostly fits on my laptop screen. Then go to the class on Swings. That video was created on a phone. You’ll see that it will not fit on a screen. That’s the problem, the students in the class cannot see the entire video on one screen. Can you see the entire video on your screen? My laptop is 15.5″

    I’m sorry, a relative had surgery and I’ve been trying to play nurse. Just go to buildingblock.us. Log in using the password and user name that you set up.
    Follow these instructions:
    Go to Courses
    Pick Course #1 Exterior Doors
    Enroll in the course
    Go to the class on swings.
    Within that class you will see a video that is huge and spans 2 screens at least on my laptop screen.

    This happens whenever I take a video on my phone, upload it to Vimeo then use the vimeo URL link in Lifter LMS.
