I am really sorry about the issue you are experiencing.
We have checked and noticed, that, really there was an issue connected to the video being played.
We will surely fix the issue in the upcoming update of the plugin and will let you know about it.
For now, we would recommend you display the Question Explanation in the case of the During the quiz until we can fix the issue in the general update of the plugin.

So, you can update the plugin to the latest version and check the case again.
