My client is having issuesd with his videos buffering and completely stopping. i am currently hosting his videos on amazon aws but as i said, some of the vids just stop. i have tried hosting on youtube but when te vids hosted by youtube are being watched, the user is able to click on the title, which takes them to youtubute which then shows teh video url, allowing them to copy and send it to others.

my questions are, what other options are there for video hosting, other than bunny.net? and is there a way to stop users from clickibg on the video title, which then shows teh youtube url?

  • Hi Andrew,

Thank you for reaching out. Tutor LMS doesn’t provide native support for Amazon AWS video hosting, so playback issues like buffering may occur. At the moment, Tutor LMS offers a few supported options, including Bunny.net, which we recommend for smooth and secure video delivery.

If you’d like to continue using YouTube, we suggest embedding videos through the Tutor Player. This ensures users can’t click on the video title to navigate to YouTube and copy the video URL.

Please give that a try and let us know if it resolves the issue.

    Best regards,

    Hey @andrewrobo ,

You can find the Tutor video player option in Tutor LMS settings > Design. Here is the documentation for reference: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/settings/design/#video-player
