When I change the title of a YouTube video Youtube Channel Gallery doesn’t show the changed title for the thumbnails. Are you grabbing the original upload file name instead of the video title?

It depends on how long YouTube takes to update the data in RSS feed. You can get further information at the following URL. https://developers.google.com/youtube/2.0/reference. Furthermore, there is an update time of RSS cache.
