Videos can only be Imported using the Photo Albums -> Import photos admin screen.
You need to ftp them first to the depot.

Uploading videos at the front-end is under construction.
As an alternative to ftp’ing them to the depot, you can use the wordpress Media upload to bring in your video and then import from that directory instead of your depot. This might be a better workaround in some people’s situation because of ftp access or know-how.

Hallo,
how can I upload videos? I’ve tried to upload .avi and .mpg, but the plugin asks if I’m sure was photos.

The featre must be enabled in Photo Albums -> Settings admin page Table IV-A22.
All html5 supported filetypes are supported: .mp4, .ogv and .webm
