Videogall plugin doesn't work

I’m trying Videogall plugin but doesnt work.
The wp version is 3.1 in italian.
I write the URL of the video (e.g. http://www.valmontonecalcio.it/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/filename.flv), the name of the video, the category…etc..Add video…and the answer is: Video could not be added.
Is there something that I’m missing?
