also the video preview image seem to be very stretched in height on mobile, is there way to fix this?

Hi again, my client has reported that she doesn’t think any videos are loading at all on mobile or ipad.
I’ve just tested this link and no google drive embedded files are loading for me at all on mobile (android)

Hi @macpheek,
There are a couple of things to check with the videos:
- first the permissions set for sharing of the videos. They should be set to “Anyone with the link can view” otherwise the video will be unplayable to the general public,
- next, there are over 200 videos embedded on that single page. Can you please try embedding a single video (with correct permissions set) and see if the issue persists. Due to the extremely high content load required on the page, timeout issues are definitely a possibility here.

Hi there. My client has come back and said that when they embed just one video onto a page it’s still not loading on iphone
First she sees this

Then nothing happens when she tries and clicks it a third time
The file permissions in drive are correct, it’s set to ‘anyone with the link can view’. It seems to be ok on my android, but not iphone (testing on iphone 11 and XR)
