Hi, I installed Koko Analytics on my website yesterday and it looked like it successfully imported the data from my Jetpack stats which goes back to May 2012, however when trying to view ‘All Time’ stats it only displays stats up to 2016. is there a awy to view the full stats history.

As I thought it hadn’t worked I repeated the Jetpack import and now my 2020 year is showing around 3x the number in my Jetpack. I thought reimporting stats overwrote rather than added to preexisting stats.

Any help to fix this would be much appreciated.

    Hi @marbelle,

You can go to Settings > Koko Analytics > Data and use the “Reset Statistics” button there to empty out your database tables. If you then re-run the Jetpack import, you will have a single import of your statistics going all the way back to 2012 (or whatever start date you chose during the import).

The dashboard only showing data going 10 years back is a minor issue in the plugin code for which we will have to issue a plugin release, which we will do later this week! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

EDIT: One more thing I just thought of. If you really want to keep all data going 10 years back, you will have to adjust the Purge after X months setting on the Koko Analytics > Settings > Data page, because it defaults to removing data older than 5 years.

    Hi @marbelle,

I just released version 2.2.5 in which you should be able to view statistics going back more than 10 years. If the issue persists, please let me know (although it really shouldn’t).

    Best!

    Hi Danny,

Thanks for the update, I can now see all my historical data in the All Time view, much appreciated! I’m now a very happy Pro user.
