View attachment but gets a HTTP error 500

    Dear support

    When I click an attachment which upload by my customer it will go to a HTTP error 500 page. And where is the file actually locate, is it in the plugin folder?

    I have installed WP Fastest Cache, I see another user got an error on attachment too.

    Please advise, thanks.
