View Comments button doesn’t appear, comments loaded on page load

    First, thanks for this plugin.

    Within “Settings > Comment Thread Displaying > Comment List Loading Type” I have it set to “Display [View Comments] button”, yet when I view an article, all the comments are loaded.

    What I was expecting: Visit page, no comments loaded at all within the HTML DOM. A “View Comments” button shown below the article, once clicked, AJAX call inserts the comments into the DOM at that moment.

    Is there a way to only load comments on demand by button click? Keep the actual HTML DOM source free of comments?
