I marked them at booking orders and I clicked “Delete marked item” button.

In that case the bookings were deleted from the database. If you don’t have a backup of the database your hosting service may offer a backup from a few days ago, however this depends of the hosting service you are using and be care to avoid overwriting other data received or edited in the website during that period.
A good practice may be to link the plugin booking to an external calendar (Example: Google Calendar) using the iCal addon included in all plugin versions, so you can keep an automatic copy of the bookings in other calendar.
