ok in the back end it will be supported natively by wp as eg:
/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpbdp_listing&author=userid
In the front end, it seems a curious omission

Thanks for contacting me here.
Right now, our listings shortcode supports listings by category and tag, and a separate one for Regions, but we don’t yet have user specific listings. You can see more on that here:

That’s something we can consider for future development, but not something the plugin allows for today.
