View my ticket

Hi there!
I experience a very basic problem which no one else seems to have so I think I am just doing stupid…
I managed to set up everything fine including payment, but for some reason I don’t get any tickets at the end of the process. I get the mail with the receipt (which works fine), but when i click on “view tickets” I am directed to the purchase-site with an empty cart instead of the ticket-site. What do I wrong?I also didn’t understand where exactly I can edit the ticket (if i ever see one…). Did i get it right that I copy the ticket.php-template to the themes-folder and then assign the template in the wordpress backend to the ticket-site? And if I want to edit it, I have to do this in an offline editor and then re-upload the template…?
