    Hi there!

I experience a very basic problem which no one else seems to have so I think I am just doing stupid…
I managed to set up everything fine including payment, but for some reason I don’t get any tickets at the end of the process. I get the mail with the receipt (which works fine), but when i click on “view tickets” I am directed to the purchase-site with an empty cart instead of the ticket-site. What do I wrong?

I also didn’t understand where exactly I can edit the ticket (if i ever see one…). Did i get it right that I copy the ticket.php-template to the themes-folder and then assign the template in the wordpress backend to the ticket-site? And if I want to edit it, I have to do this in an offline editor and then re-upload the template…?

I really hope that you can help me out! ;- )

    best regards
    Andi

Is the page assigned as your ‘Ticket’ page in the My Tickets settings a valid, published post?

If you want to customize the ticket template, then yes, you’d copy the template to your theme folder. You don’t need to do anything to “assign” the template anywhere; it’ll automatically be picked up and used by your tickets page, assuming you have a valid page and it’s published. Any edits you make would have to be done in the template file, either offline or using the theme editor, as you choose.

(But it’s generally better to do your edits offline.)

    Hi Joe,

its not a post but a site, does this matter? ID is correct. Receipt works fine, btw…

(Thanks for the template-Explanation for the while!
I’ll test it when I finally see my tickets! 😉 )

Did it, also if i don’t know what caused the issue. I just made a new page and assigned it to the ticket and know it works.
