View posts on self hosted wordpress sites in Reader

    I recently moved from wordpress.com to self hosted wordpress. I have noticed that I am unable to view my posts anymore in Reader when I do a keyword search. Such was not the case earlier. Can someone help with how I can still get my posts in the Reader when someone searches for a keyword?
