view store error 404

    Hi, I have installed WCMP but from the pro dashboard I have 404 error when I click on view store. I tried to reinstall everything but without success. Permalinks are ok, i believe.
    I have the BP WC Vendor plugin and in the “Roles” tab I have “Create a Vendor Directory” not selected and locked. This is a feature of the pro version. Could this be the problem?
    Could I have the php code (or shortcode) to show the member’s products?

    I discovered that the 404 error only appears when I have 0 published product. If I have at least one product it works.
    Is it possible to solve with a simple notification?
    exist a shortcode to show my products? thanks!

    Hello,

    Any questions related to pro must be directed to our premium support ticket system. We are not allowed to provide any premium support on these forums.

    Please be sure to include your order number and license key when submitting a ticket.

    I would also suggest disabling that plugin to see if our plugin functions as advertised. If it does, then I would suggest contacting the author of the other plugin.
