Viewing Plugins Notifications History

Hello – Recently two of my plugins (Custom UI and Insert Headers and Footers) disappeared.

I got a notification at the top of my plugins page that the files couldn’t be found, or something to that nature. Unfortunately, those notifications have disappeared (and I can’t get them back) and so I can’t google the exact error message. Does anyone know how to view the notifications history for the Plugins page?
