    Can you post a link to a page on your site that demonstrates the problem? Are your videos hosted in your WordPress Media Library? The plugin doesn’t provide view counts for videos that aren’t in the Media Library.

    Fixed! But i have other problem right now.
    I use cloudflare free and everything works fine (in computer), but the video player in ios mobile (i dont have android), doest work and shows “The media could not be loaded either because the server or network failed”
