Vimeo embed on https

Hi,

I recently updated my website to https. The vimeo videos on my website no longer play in chrome through the lightbox (see here deanhayward.com.au ).

I can see that this is because the embed code is pointing to http and not https through the following code:

<iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/288649308?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0&autoplay=1;" width="800/embed/?moog_width=800" height="450" frameborder="no"></iframe>

I am unable to change this embed code as it is part of a portfolio app.

Does anyone know how I can fix this??
