Hi, can you share the shortcode you are using in your site?
Thank you.
Same as it has always been, and it was working:
[video_lightbox_vimeo5 video_id=”835904052″ p_hash=”604ee08b3c”]
What happens if you remove the p_hash=”” code from the shortcode?
Regards.
Same thing. It’s as if the security hash is no longer being passed to Vimeo.
Please see the following sample shortcode. I used this sample shortcode with your video ID and p_harsh and it displayed the following message.
Sorry
Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here.
[video_lightbox_vimeo5 video_id="13562192" p_hash="5e2d1c1e6d" width="640" height="480" anchor="click here to open vimeo video"]
This means that the video does exist. Give this a try and let me know what happens. Also make sure you delete your browser cache and the cache in your site if you are using a cache plugin.
Also make sure your double quotes are typed correctly as illustrated below.
""
Kind regards.

On closer inspection, it seems they’ve changed the syntax….
It is currently:
vimeo.com/<video number>/<hash>
Whereas previously it was:
vimeo.com/<video number>/?p=<hash>
In other words, this works:
vimeo.com/835904052/604ee08b3c
Can this be sorted in the plugin please?
Cheers
