Vimeo using width as id

OK, this is really weird, but when I put in:

[vimeo width="350" height="260"]https://vimeo.com/63270377[/vimeo]

VVQ tries to embed:

http://player.vimeo.com/video/350?title=1&byline=1&portrait=0&fullscreen=1

And if I change my width to 400 in the shortcode, it changes the video id to 400.

Is anyone else seeing this?
