Hi,
If like that some article that I used Jetpack Shortcode (Youtube & Instagram) will not appear inside my post too.
Same thing happened here. And turning off shortcodes in Jetpack does solve the issue. But why did it happen in the first place?
Yes grenow, the question is why did it happen? Virus?
I usually use Youtube and Instagram shortcode, if I turn it off (Jetpack Shortcode), the youtube videos & instagram photos will missing in my article.
Ok thanks. We wait the author to fix the bug.
I landed here looking for a solution to the same problem, but the link that @grenow posted with the explination no longer works.
I have since seen there is a jetpack update, I have installed it and they have been removed.
Still… I would like to know what happened. Was my site hacked? Do I need to change passwords?
Thanks,
L
You weren’t hacked. This was a bug introduced in Jetpack 3.9.5, then fixed in a matter of hours with the release of Jetpack 3.9.6.

Whew! OK, thanks for all of the information. Glad to read it was resolved.
