VIP Scanner fatal error

    Attempting to activate the VIP Scanner plugin, as suggested by the Automattic Developer plugin, I get the following:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Warning: require_once(__DIR__/vip-scanner/vip-scanner.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [dir]/wp-content/plugins/vip-scanner/vip-scanner.php on line 12
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '__DIR__/vip-scanner/vip-scanner.php' (include_path='[path]') in [dir]/wp-content/plugins/vip-scanner/vip-scanner.php on line 12

    Now I’m trying to set this up on a self-hosted, test installation of WP. Is the VIP Scanner exclusively for VIP sites? If so, I’ll stop worrying about it.
