Is such an option available?

Your vendors can easily sell virtual products. All they have to do is select the option “Downloadable” product and upload the files. (see the scrrenshot – https://prnt.sc/p3mczs)
So, when a customer will purchase this product, they will get the product via email. Now, we also let the vendor set an order as shipping, using ou shipped icon – https://prnt.sc/p3mf0o
Now, by default there is no such field as “Like shipping date, tracking status etc.”.

Hey, thanks for the response. For some reason, I’m not able to login to the admin dashboard of the link you had sent.
In any case, I just had to clarify. So, basically, my platform is an on-demnad video service, where vendors provide personalized videos once someone orders. So, my question was, does the “downloadable” product have to be one file which is instantly downloaded or can a new file be uploaded every time someone orders?
@suvamss, we have fixed the login issue, you can recheck –
Currently, a file has to be added with the downloadable product, so when customer will purchase that product, they all will receive the same file.
Hence, you have to let customer mention which video they need, via vendor’s contact for (see this scrrenshot – https://prnt.sc/p49lsl).
So vendor creates that product and sends that specific product’s link to that customer. This way, the customer can purchase that and receive that file.
