Virtual hosting problem

hello, I have a website (www.disop.ph), a wordpress blog site (blog.disop.ph), and another wordpress blog site (www.philfeffars.tk), all running on the same PC… the http://www.disop.ph and the blog.disop.ph are working well both locally and online, but the http://www.philfeffars.tk is working well locally but not online… the browser loads a page but not the template, also clicking on the links loads the same page…

any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you…
