Hello,

I am unable to view or edit sidebar from the widgets area and therefore unable to add or edit widgets to sidebar.
This is what i see when I click on customize

What’s happening? Any error message?

Does the issue go away if you switched to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue?

Hi, thx for reply, i cant see widgets in Virtue Theme. I have to change telephone number in footer widget area. When i click to cutomisze it says Edit Add Wp Services Showcase.

I cant add new theme. Its not working.
