    Hello!

I have created an exit-intent popup, and added a button to it. It’s something like, do not miss our 10% discount code, see products button. The setting is to only display once per session, with a persistence of 1 day.
On mobile, when I click on the button, I am redirected to the specified page, but the popup appears again, on every page I visit. I can only escape it by clicking on the X.
How can I set it up to stop it from appearing again after I click on the action button?
    Thank you!
    Cezar

  • Hi Cezar,

Once per session means that if the popup is closed it will not show again if you try to leave the page for the second time, when you click on the button it will open it in new tab and start a new session which will show the popup again.

This is usually further configured from “Closing Behavior” section in Behavior settings but at the moment there’s no option to change this with CTA button 🙁

The good news is that our devs are currently working on adding this option there as well and we’re hoping to see it with next version release.

    Cheers,
