Visibility Rules not working with cookie

Hi @hitranvanvu,

I couldn’t find the popup on the mentioned website, and wasn’t sure should I click on any specific button or URL to display it. Could you please advise where exactly on your website the popup is loaded? Should we check any specific page?

In the mentioned condition, the popup will show twice before the condition hides the popup.

That’s once the page is loaded and the popup is displayed the “hustle_module_show_count-popup-1” cookie would have a value set to 1. Then on the next page load, the popup would display and this would set the value to 2.

Only after that, the visibility condition would work. Maybe that’s what you are noticing?

If that isn’t the case and if you are noticing the popup whenever the page is loaded then please do point out where exactly the popup loads on your website to further investigate the issue.

Thank you for the file.

I imported it to my end and it worked fine without any plugin and default WordPress theme.

It indicates the issue is related to a possible conflict for example the caching plugin.

Could you please create a staging website or a full backup and run a full plugin and theme conflict test following this guide?
