I think I figured it out…
The situation is:
– I have two sites hosted at one hosting company;
– now I have intergrated two sites into one (under one website name);
– I’ve redirected the not-used-site to the used-site.
So, in the plugin I set the referer site to the none-used site.
If I place a name of a exisiting site as referer site it works. But the redirected site-name does not work.
That’s the trick I guess. Redirecting is not seen as Refererer.

is there a way, so that redirects also can have a specific pop-up?

Not that I’m aware of, the plugin doesn’t contain any redirect aware code. I’m sure it could be done, though it’s not something the plugin has as a feature at this point.
