    I trust you are doing well today!

    Do you mean this (Visitor) under the Membership table? Please see the screenshot:

    This is because you have the Default Membership created. The registered members that do not belong to any membership, they are marked as visitors.

    Once you delete the Default Membership, the (Visitors) option will be gone.
