Visitor Groups Error

When I try to connect visitor groups with Sitekit, it just brings me to an error page with no tips for troubleshooting. I click “enable groups” and immediately get brought to an error page.

- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- What is the error message you’re encountering when trying to enable visitor groups?
- Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

Just shared the form privately. There is no error message, just simply says “error”
@dawsonrenaud Thanks for sharing the information. Could you tell me if you experience the same when trying from an Incognito window? It would also be useful to know if you see the same when running through the troubleshooting steps here.
Could you also please share a screenshot of what you see or even share a recording of the experience. You can use a service such as Loom to capture this and share here or via the private form.
Same thing happened from incognito window, and same thing happened in troubleshoot mode, which means it isn’t a plugin affecting the sitekit

Yes, still facing this issue. Same thing happens as far as an error message, but no explanation as to what the error is

@dawsonrenaud Thanks for sharing and for your patience with this. After further checks it looks like the issue was because your site had a different redirect URI in our database.
It appears as though you connected Site Kit as a staging site and then copied it to production. We have now updated your record on our side so could you please try again and let me know if this now works for you?
