visitors adding events

Hi, I’m sorry if this is a silly question. I searched around, but feel like I could be missing it.

I use the free version of Events Calendar. Is there an option for website visitors to Add an event? I could swear I saw that as an option somewhere, but maybe it was an add-on or Pro version.

If there is a way for users to submit their own event, how do I enable it?
