Hello,
I’m the technical support of the site and I can see the WP statistics don’t see any visit of the site.
I configure the plugin without restrictions but I know 3 visists has been made since yesterday and they have not been seen.
Can you help me to know why the statistics are not counted ?
Best regards

Hello @cdserveopro,
Thank you for contacting us.
We noticed that your website is currently using the WP Super Cache plugin.
This plugin may be interfering with the proper functioning of the
tracker.jsscript used by WP Statistics. To troubleshoot this, please try the following steps:
- Temporarily deactivate the WP Super Cache plugin.
- Perform a hard refresh of the page and check if the visits are being tracked correctly.
If this resolves the issue, we recommend excluding the
tracker.jsfile from being cached by WP Super Cache. Also, could you please let us know which version of WP Statistics you are currently using?
Looking forward to your update.
Best regards,
MehmetI have deactivated super cache plugin and I have connected from another device to exclude problems of cacche or other story effects => my visit nit counted.
The version if WP statistics is Version 14.13.4
Dear @cdserveopro,
Please navigate to Statistics > Settings > General in your WordPress dashboard.
Then, disable the Bypass Ad Blockers option.
After that, clear your site cache and browser cache. This should help resolve the issue.
I’ll look forward for your response.
Best regards,
MehmetHello it’s not better.
Just a question : how to exclude the
tracker.jsfile from being cached by WP Super Cache? It’s deacticated but if I have to reactivate it…
The option “Bypass Ad Blockers” is disabled but not counted. I try from laptop and mobile to check.
Regards
Cyril
I have this warning in WP statistics debug mode:
PHP Errors Detected in tracker.js
We found the following error:
Warning

Message: Return type of Twig\Node\Node::getIterator() should either be compatible with IteratorAggregate::getIterator(): Traversable, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used to temporarily suppress the notice

Suggestion
Suggestion: Please refer to our Error Troubleshooting guide to resolve these issues.
Dear Cyril,
Regarding the caching issue with WP Super Cache, unfortunately, I was not able to find a specific solution to exclude the tracker.js file.
It might be best to contact WP Super Cache support directly for detailed assistance on this matter.
Here is their support page:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wp-super-cache/
It seems that the tracker.js file is being blocked, possibly by a security plugin or firewall on your site.
To resolve this issue, please check any security or firewall plugins you have installed and whitelist the tracker.js file or the URL path/wp-json/wp-statistics/v2/hit.Best regards,
MehmetAfter some tests :
WP super cache is the problem
WP Disable WP REST API is also the problem.
So how I don’t understand how to allow to use these 2 plugins with WP statistics, because I need the 3 plugins
Additionnaly WP statistics raising a warning that I give you :
PHP Errors Detected in tracker.js
We found the following error:
Warning
Type: Deprecated
Message: Return type of Twig\Node\Node::getIterator() should either be compatible with IteratorAggregate::getIterator(): Traversable, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used to temporarily suppress the notice
Occurred At: mai 20, 2025 at 09:30:41
=> is it to be corrected by wp statistics?

Thank you for your message.
We’re glad to hear that you’ve identified the plugins causing the conflict.
We appreciate you sharing the warning message with us.Regarding the warning you mentioned:
Type: Deprecated
Message: Return type of Twig\Node\Node::getIterator() should either be compatible with IteratorAggregate::getIterator(): Traversable, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used…This is a non-critical warning and does not affect the functionality of the WP Statistics plugin.
That said, we will certainly review it and address it in future updates.I’ll go ahead and mark this ticket as resolved for now.
But of course, feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have more questions or need further assistance.Best regards,
Mehmet
