    Hi,
above my header is a WordPress bar shown to all visitors (even though not logged in). The bar looks similar to the admin toolbar but only contains the wordpress logo and “Need help?” – So there are no tools.

    – The problem persists on all devices (on phones, it even covers the actual header)
    – The box disappears once I deactivate the theme (Astra)

Can someone help me to get rid of this box?

    Best,
    Justin

  • Hi @engelcare,

Checking your site and I don’t see anything like you described. Refer to this screenshot, please.

Have you figured it out or is it me missing something?

    Kind regards,
    Herman 😊

    Thanks for your answer anyway!

    Have a great day!
