    Hi,

previously, widgets were visible in the Visual Composer, but now they are not there. How to return them to the Builder?

    Hello oseekerm,

CodeLights never supported Visual Composer out of the box. The reason is based on a simple logic: users of premium plugins (like Visual Composer) differ from users of free plugins and require additional attention and premium support quality.

Visual Composer integration was created and is maintained by UpSolution and is available with their themes. If it stopped working with one of their themes which declares compatibility with it, please contact their support team, the guys will be glad to help!

    Hi Ruslan,

no I don’t use that theme on the video, but only watched a review on your plugin there, and decided to use some elements since i already have VC, but it turned out they do not appear in it.

will there be support for VC out of the box later?

Thanks for quick response, and your plugin ofc.

    Hello Oseekerm,

At the moment we don’t plan to provide support for premium plugins (VC among them). Premium plugins’ users differ from free plugins’ users and expect premium-quality support (which cannot be provided for free). At the same time, in future it’s possible that we’ll either create premium version of CodeLights, or provide support for premium plugins with some custom disclaimer.

    Stay in touch! 🙂
