Good morning,
this morning to determine whether it was an inconvenience and not really related to the plugin at WP I installed another plugin with which the composer goes quietly to visual text.
Just to let you all this.
I would like to continue using Alò Easymail please solve the problem.

stamattina per appurare se si trattasse di un incoveniente legato realmente al plugin e non a WP ho installato un altro plugin con il quale il composer passa tranquillamente da visual a Testo.
Giusto per farvelo presente.
Vorrei poter continuare ad usare Alò Easymail per favore risolviamo il problema.

Hi, have you tried to disable all other plugins and to use a standard theme? Sometimes the issue could be caused by another component.
In newsletter edit screen are there any javascript errors you can see in browser console?
What is the visual composer you are using? Have you search online about known issues about that the visual composer?

Hello,
I’ve turned off the TinyMCE Advanced plugin although it has never given me problems as your plugin at the bottom that I use for several years without problems.
No errors reported javascript
I did restore a backup of the old site but nothing.
I would try to reinstall Alo Easymail, first I would not lose data and also do not know if it can be beneficial
They’re in big trouble because I can not work.
I hope to resolve.

si ho disattivato il plugin TinyMCE Advanced anche se non mi ha mai dato problemi come il tuo plugin in fondo che uso da qualche anno senza aver problemi.
Nessun errore javascript segnalato
Ho fatto restore di un backup del sito precedente ma niente.
Vorrei provare a reinstallare Alo Easymail, in primis non vorrei perdere i dati ed inoltre non so neanche se possa dare benefici
Sono in grossa difficoltà in quanto non posso lavorare.
Spero di risolvere.
Attendo una tua indicazione.

Just to be sure: so if you disable TinyMCE Advanced the ploblem disappear?
Quindi se disattivi TinyMCE Advanced il problema scompare? Ho capito bene?

Unfortunately it does not disappear. I think you need to reinstall your plugin.
But I do not remember the procedure to recover the various archives.

Purtroppo non scompare. Credo sia necessari reinstallare il tuo plugin.
Ma non.ricordo la procedura per recuperare i vari archivi.

Buongiorno,
ti informo che stamattina ho disinstallato e reinstallato il tuo plugin.
Nulla è cambiato, il creatore della newsletter è inchiodato su [TESTO] il tasto [VISUAL] non funziona.
Tutti i plugin di testo eliminati.
Se non c’è rimedio avvisami.

Ulteriori approfondimenti per chiarire meglio tutta la situazione in essere.
Non è il plugin che non va bensì wordpress in quanto se apro per creare nuovo articolo o pagina il visualizzatore dell’editor non funziona.
Scusami ma era dovuto il chiarimento.
