Visual Editor broke (not loading up) !

I’m using the latest version of WordPress, While writing my first post, i came across a problem. the visual editor doesn’t seems to load up at all.

I tried clearing browser cache (even plugin cache) & added

define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);
define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);

just before the line that reads: require_once(ABSPATH . ‘wp-settings.php’)
from other threads and nothing seems to work. I tried all the possible solution/fixes given on this forum and nothing seems to work. Now I’m unable to use it/.

P.S HTML editor works just fine.
