Visual Editor Disabled

    Visual Editor is Greyed Out on posts and pages. I’ve read the previous posts on this issue and have:

    Reinstalled 3.5
    Deactivated all plugins
    Checked my user profile
    Activated a different theme
    Checked Screen Options

    None of the above has made a difference. Would appreciate any suggestions to assist with this problem – it is much more difficult for me to work in “text” mode. Thanks in advance for your help.
