    Hi
    please make sure it comes from your theme by switching to default theme,
    If the problem comes from your theme please contact to your theme author.

    Hi,

    I am having the same issue on the live server. On testing server, this looked fine.Once I deactivate Master Slider plugin, visual editor comes up in all the pages. Any immediate help would be appreciated, Thanks!

    You need to update your WordPress version to 4.0 and above

    I am not able to do this too, finally i downloaded a fresh verison of WordPress 4.1 and then copied wp-includes and wp-admin, I am not able to login to admin panel after that. So, what is my next option?

    We already told you to update your WordPress. so please do that with a proper way not. If you got problem in other area you need to search for it. Here we only answer to the related questions to Master Slider.
